XP & Levels
Fapstats features a comprehensive XP (Experience Points) and leveling system. Every activity you track earns you XP, and as you accumulate XP, you level up. Your level is displayed on the leaderboard, in ranked leagues, and on your profile.
How to Earn XP

Sex Activities
Every sex activity you log earns 500 XP regardless of how many partners, toys, tags, or other details are attached.
Masturbation Activities
Every masturbation activity you log earns 100 XP.
Participated Activities
When a friend creates a sex activity that includes you as a linked partner (see Couples & Data Sharing), you earn 500 XP — the same amount as if you created it yourself.
Chastity XP
For every 12 hours (43,200 seconds) of completed chastity lock time, you earn 100 XP.
- Only ended chastity sessions count (active locks don't earn XP until ended)
- Each session is capped at a maximum of 365 days for XP calculation
- All ended chastity sessions are added together.
- For every full 12 hours in total, you earn 100 XP (remaining hours are saved for the next calculation).
- Example: If you have three ended sessions of 6h, 18h, and 6h, you get 200 XP after the second session (24h total = 2 blocks), and the leftover 6h will count towards the next block after more time is added.
If you complete a 3-day (72-hour) chastity lock:
- 72 hours ÷ 12 hours = 6 blocks
- 6 × 100 = 600 XP
Level Formula
Your level is determined by your total XP using a quadratic formula:
XP needed for level N = 50 × N² + 50 × N
This means each level requires more XP than the last:

There is no level cap! The higher your level, the more XP each new level takes.
XP Progress Bar
On the Leaderboard screen, you can see your XP progress bar showing:
- Your current level
- XP earned in the current level
- XP needed to reach the next level
- Visual progress bar
Weekly XP (Ranked)
In addition to your total XP (lifetime), the app also tracks weekly XP — the XP you earn within the current week's ranked season (Sunday 23:00 UTC to Sunday 23:00 UTC).
Weekly XP uses the same earning rules but only counts:
- Activities created during the current week
- Chastity time that overlaps with the current week
Weekly XP is used for Ranked Leagues competition and resets to 0 at the end of each season.
Fapstats Pro — Double XP
If you subscribe to Fapstats Pro, you receive a 2× XP boost on all XP earned. This means:

Milestone Popups
When you have Milestone Popups enabled in Settings → Preferences, the app will show celebration dialogs when you:
- Level up — A dialog congratulates you on reaching a new level
- Unlock achievements — A dialog shows each newly earned achievement star
These popups appear right after creating an activity. The app compares your stats before and after creation to detect level-ups and new achievements.
You can enable Milestone Popups in Settings → Preferences → Show Milestone Popups.
